Behind the brand is decades of experience in professional color analysis and image education. My name is Deborah Jones.  My career began as a BeautiControl consultant, working with individuals, salons, boutiques and corporate groups, and later expanded into teaching the influence of appearance in environments where perception matters most.
 
I’ve partnered with the Florida State Attorney General’s Office to train individuals on how to dress for court, where color and credibility go hand in hand. I created and taughtThe Promotable Woman, a professional development course centered on presence, polish, and advancement, and collaborated with respected institutions including Brevard Community College in Florida and the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) in Massachusetts.
